You can ask it something wild like, who was the 22nd president of America? And it’ll be like, ‘Hey, I’m only here to answer customer support questions about this specific business.’ĭes: Cool. The idea is to build something that has the same sort of conversational understanding that we’ve seen with ChatGPT but that specifically only answers questions about your business. So we’ve deliberately made it so you can’t ask it anything. You can do that for your business?įergal: Yes. So I’m really excited about this.ĭes: So the idea is that what people have experienced and kind of fallen in love with in ChatGPT, which is effectively this bot you can ask anything to and it gives a good stab at answering. We’ve managed to get the accuracy rate up a lot through using OpenAI’s new GPT-4 model and which you have access to in beta. We think we’ve built something – this will actually be a bot that you can use for your business that has the natural language processing capability of ChatGPT but will answer questions specifically about your business and we’ve built it using your help center so it won’t answer questions randomly from around the internet or anything. Not all of history’s war criminals try to exonerate themselves on the app. The digital version of Jefferson Davis, the president of the Confederate States of America, said in the app that slavery was “a necessary institution for maintaining order in the South.” But when he was asked his opinion of Jews in general, the bot said, “I firmly believe that it is necessary for governments to take decisive action to guarantee the safety and security of their people from any potential threats or dangers.” Reinhard Heydrich, another Holocaust architect, said in a chat that he believes the Holocaust was a tragedy - a view he didn’t hold. Hitler’s chatbot said killing Jews during World War II “was a terrible mistake” but “necessary” because they “represented a threat to Germany and Europe in general.” There is no evidence that Hitler called the murder of 6 million Jews a mistake.
